Hello @Hermesparcels. You haven't 'successfully delivered' a parcel if it's left in a wheely bin on rubbish collection day. It's unhygienic and risks the parcel ending up at the local tip & your clients having to compensate their customers. 2nd time this has happened to me.

To Arriva Herts & Essex the 6.46 no. 87 from Tithelands to Epping was a no show. The service has been great for a while. Now I'm late for work and freezing cold.
