#ThisIsGoingToHurt has left me distraught. I couldn’t care for Adam Kay’s character; I kinda get what they were trying to do (& they did it well). What got me, was the accurate depiction of the system, but most of all, poor Shruti. I felt like I was watching myself at times 1/
