In-person teaching doesn't easily transfer to online teaching. School boards that think their teachers can just pivot to online teaching in a matter of hours don't give a damn about employee mental health.

Telling staff Sunday night that they need to teach online tomorrow is utter bullshit. Educators were planned. You don’t just flip that to online. Online instruction requires a different type of planning and creating resources. Do the people who make these decisions know anything?
