We had a great West County presence at our annual Cesar Chavez Celebration & Youth Hall of Fame Awards. Dr. Mayra Padilla from Contra Costa College was our keynote speaker and the John F. Kennedy High School Symphonic Band performed! And youth from around our county were honored.
