This great aerial video shows the rescue of a 4 year-old girl from a cornfield in Culross Township in South Bruce on September 24th. Our OPP helicopter found her and directed rescuers to her location just before the sun set. Excellent work by our officers and our partners. ^dr

Station 2 responded to a CO Alarm call at 3:00 am, CO Level on the main level - 200 pm, CO level in the basement - 600 ppm. Those elevated levels will lead to a life-threatening situation in 2-3 hours. There is a very real chance this family would not be alive this morning 1/2

Without a working CO Alarm. An oil-fired water heater was the culprit. Fire Code mandates a working CO alarm outside of sleeping areas but we recommend having one of every level. This family is very, very lucky the alarm activated. #workingalarmssavelives Bayshore News 2/2
