Today we prepared the MOST requested recipe of all FCS students and families. We practiced preparing a cream sauce, timing al dente pasta, and serving our dish to a favorite teacher. #sayyestofcs

Thanks Kansas Beef Council for helping us finance this lab… Grilled Steak Kabobs. We marinated our beef for 24 hours. Students chose their side items: mushrooms, onions, pineapple, green pepper or yellow pepper. They used their knife skills and learned to use our awesome indoor grills.

Thanks again to these 7 great helpers! We served and cleaned up the banquet for our CTSO partner, FFA, this evening! Lots of full tummies at the Huck Boyd Center tonight!!
