We worked on a new Kagan Structure called Inside-Outside Circle. We started by reading statements about whether our sun is a star. The students had to predict which statement was correct & defend their prediction. We then did Inside-Outside circle to discuss @StreetrRobin

Making learning interactive - We have been using the site Stellarium to show the stars in the sky. It’s wonderful to see their reaction when we talk about sizes of stars, about the size of our Sun, and why our Sun seems so bright. This site is a must use for engagement

Decided to change one of my math stations to a tactile station based off some of the great things I’ve learned at SPDG training. Ss were asked to place whole #s on the number line, then fractions, then decimals. The extension was to place all on the number line Stephanie Gouge
