I have been prepping my kids for this all year. We got the GOLD PLATE! Our students had less than a pound of food waste each meal the whole time we were at camp. The counselor said schools our size hardly ever get a gold plate! First in W.M. Irvin Elementary history!

I had a student say she was upset. Another student had been calling her “Barbie”. I told her I wasn’t sure why he was because she didn’t have blonde hair, she wasn’t made of plastic. As I was listing reasons a student yelled, “and she has joints!!” So proud #humanbodyunit
