The end week 1 and Day 3 of lockdown! I am so proud of the staff, children and parents, how well you have coped with this new way of schooling. The positive feedback from parents is so heartening for the teachers, thank you.

Thank you so much to the wonderful parent who took the time to email Ofsted with some lovely kind words about the school and Remote Learning, it lifted the spirits of the staff tremendously during this challenging time.

Thank you to the group of lovely Year 3 families , Patrick,Emily, Sienna, Camron and Amelia, who gave a wonderful box of “goodies” to the staff today to say THANK YOU. It was so welcome and gratefully received by all!

We have just received our email from the DFE to allow us to order our 53 IT devices to support our home learning, this will hopefully enable more children to stay at home and be able to access all our remote learning.

Thursdays well being treat for staff in school! Something for each day to say thank you and carry on we will get through this!

What a lovely surprise from a very kind and thoughtful family today! It makes you realise that despite all the difficulties we are all facing how appreciative most of our families are of all we are trying to do in school. Brought a tear to my eye!

We have loved seeing the excitement of the children as they see their adults in school dressed up and talking about their favourite books!

We are so looking forward to welcoming all of our children who have been home learning during lockdown back on Monday 8th March! A fun first day planned!

What an amazing week of outdoor learning activities alongside our Health & fitness fortnight all in our own wonderful grounds!

All age groups taking part, thank you to all the staff for their amazing team work and commitment to making learning so much fun. Healthy fruit kebabs and sausages on the open fire, yum!

Year 6 have just arrived at Box End Water Park, having our morning briefing! So exciting, a fun day ahead!
