If schools don’t sweat the small stuff — litter, noise in hallways, tardies — it provides permission for bigger stuff.

Schools where students can walk in and out of lessons as and when they like, routinely argue with teachers, dispute basic instructions, swear, shout across rooms and in corridors, roam around in gangs AND where teachers are still scrutinised to hell and back... ❌
