Happy pi day! We made pi cities by graphing the first few digits of pi, enjoyed not one but TWO read alouds from JW, and completed a think outside the box. (Zoom in to see the creativity!!)

The strangest thing happened… we came back from recess to find that an owl had delivered Hogwarts letters! (Especially surprising because I guess they’re making an exception about the age requirement!) ⚡️🦉✉️✨ “I got into Hogwarts?! Let’s gooo!”

We got tickets for the Hogwarts Express and went through Platform 9 3/4 before reading chapter 6 of Harry Potter today!

It was a very exciting day in 4th grade! Yesterday we read The Sorting Hat chapter sooo naturally today we had a sorting ceremony! We’re all very excited about our new houses! 💛🦡❤️🦁💙🦅💚🐍
