For the last few years, the World Bank (@wbg_education) has been working on a scalable approach to teacher coaching. Their model has just been released 🎉 Here's a quick rundown: ↓

So I could get to do PGDE, I had to do a quick IT course to make sure the grey cells still worked. This morning, I am happy to say I received my certificate in IT User Skills from WestCollegeScotland. Kicking off with a busy first day at our October Week Holiday Programme. Usual activities coupled with SWG3 #yardworks working with young people on a mural. Thanks to the royal navy engagement team who will be working on leadership skills with our Positive Role Models.

Upon reflection, it has been a tough one on placement, jumping into something that I have never ever done before. Was good to see Kirsty Hair today for my observed lesson and I've been given some good advice to now go and work with to get me through to the end of placement
