Today's professional development for the Fishers Elementary School staff was all about learning more about the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy. We learned about the 5 pillars, created our own Reading Rope, and dug into developing stronger readers. #FESTigers

Today the Fishers Elementary School staff is learning about the #udl framework from CAST. We want to be sure that our instruction meets the needs of our varied learners. Each child is a unique person with their own needs. When we utilize universal strategies, we better meet those needs.

Fishers Elementary School Hamilton Southeastern Schools we had the BEST day @fishersagripark for our full immersion of UDL. We ended our day with a learning celebration that included music and one word to wrap up the day.
