I totally understand the importance of the crisis this article highlights. We are living it. It also reminds me of Don Graves, who would say "Teachers are like 5 lb. bags into which people are always trying to stuff 10 lbs. of grain." Teachers' MH needs are also urgent now.

We talk a lot about what schools and educators need to do to increase achievement, but very little about what students, families, the community, and society needs to do. The responsibility must be shared.
