It’s all about behaviour. If a student is disrupting a lesson, you can’t teach. No matter how amazing your curriculum, lesson plan or resources are. If they continue to disrupt, progress will be limited. If they disrupt for weeks/months/years, results will be impacted.

Been the most surreal week! Going home Monday oblivious to be told I’m not allowed back in Tuesday. Not having a chance to say good luck to any of the year 11’s🥺 but opening this email made me realise I didn’t have to say it, they already know. This is why I went into teaching!
