Disgusted by the lack of empathy from Jet2tweets and #rightpathclaims who are trying to dodge paying out holiday insurance. Our 3 YO son was diagnosed with leukemia 10 days before we were due to go on holiday. Jet2tweets said we could cancel at 100% loss because it wasn't 1/3

Have already spent lengthy amounts of time submitting screenshots/letters from consultants/macmillan nurse, but it's still not good enough for #rightpathclaims who have now sent me this 2/3

They forget that in this time, I'm trying to parent my other two children, worry myself sick about finances/getting my son better/adjusting to our new life. Yet I'm spending hours back and forth filling in paperwork, when I'm trying to be there for my children ans not fall apart
