Feeling incredibly grateful and humbled to be named a “Worthy Wolverine” this week! Huge thanks to my amazing colleague for the kind nomination. It’s so rewarding to know that my work is making a difference in the lives of students❤️ #LoveMyNewSchool #HeStaresAtMeWhileIWork

My heart is full! Today, the Central FL Women’s League awarded 13 scholarships to deserving young women in our district, & I’m beyond proud that 4 of them are from our school. It’s a privilege to guide these students, support their applications, and see their hard work recognized

And just like that, the school year is wrapped up! 🎉 What a ride it’s been, especially diving into a new school community. Summer plans? Definitely recharging! A good mix of beach, family time, catching up on my reading list, hosting college app camps, & bit of doing nothing!

As College & Career Specialist, it’s been nonstop: tackling Parent Nights, conquering College App Camps, soaking up trainings, hosting outreach trivia games during school lunches, and even shaking hands at “Meet the Teacher.” Exhausting? Maybe a little. Rewarding? Absolutely!

Every year, the Florida State University System Admission Directors Tour is a must-do, and this year was extra special as they commemorated 50 years! My brain is full of new information to share with all of my incredible students! #CollegeAndCareerSpecialist #LoveMyJob
