Today we used the Seek app & Pebblego to learn more about Pillbugs (potato bugs) that Ss were finding on the school yard Sir Arthur Currie PS ! After learning that they need to stay wet to stay alive we decided to add some damp paper towel to our bug jar! #TVDSBkinder @LisaPaiva6

We love when building a tower quickly changes to building a tower bigger then herself to bigger then peers to bigger than classroom educators Sir Arthur Currie PS! We even invited Bo Perkins and a very tall grade 8 to see who was taller! The tower just made it! @LisaPaiva6 TVDSBKindergarten

Today we introduced our class Mystery Box Sir Arthur Currie PS Ss we’re VERY excited to listen to/lift/feel the item & make predictions on what it might be.We talked about the importance of thinking about all clues having your guess reflect what you already know! @LisaPaiva6 TVDSBKindergarten

Today Ss found a tree frog outside our classroom! After a quick survey on if was a frog or toad we used the Seek app & Pebblego to learn more about what it is & needs! I think their favourite part was seeing it stick to the glass! @LisaPaiva6 Sir Arthur Currie PS TVDSBKindergarten

Our grade 5 buddies joined in on our farm animal inquiry today Sir Arthur Currie PS learning about and recording student learning on our favourite farm animals using technology and non-fiction texts @LisaPaiva6 Ms. Allely TVDSBKindergarten
