National Association for Gun Rights Oregon is intentionally denying people with Set Aside records. Last week I won my case against them in state Circuit Court. The state argued that Oregon Set asides are not a nullity, and that a Set Aside doesn’t restore the right to sit on a jury. The court ruled that people
