This is what Moss Lane East in #Rusholme is like right now. The burst water main is making it very difficult for drivers this morning. Some parked cars have been submerged up to their wheels.

United Utilites are here on Moss Lane East working to sort out the problem. Huge tankers are currently pumping water:

Oxford Road has been partially dug up - it looks like a number of shops here won’t be able to open because of the damage the water caused.

never fear Starbucks Manchester is here were are open as usual today we we no a lot of people have been affected by the burst mains right on our door step including a majority of our neighbors in the hospitals why not pop in today all toilet facilities available and baby changing too
