The retail in downtown Detroit is a conundrum considering downtown Cleveland has NONE- yet it seems like we have more people and residents. Supposedly it’s largely subsidized by Bedrock but someone make it make sense, esp. given the state of Detroit outside downtown. Gucci?! 😅
