Highlanders get the opening day win over Fair Lawn 8-2 in a clean and well played game. Tyburczy gets the win going 6IP 12K 2ER. Schwarzlow 2-2, 2B, 2BB, 3RBI. Timmins 2-3 2B, 2R. Czerepak closes it out 1IP 2K. #highlanders

Outstanding resilience from the team today as we come back to defeat Fair Lawn 7-6 on a cold and rainy afternoon. Trapasso with the dub going 2 shutout in relief 3K. Czerepak with the save and 2K. Martinez game tying base hit in B6 and 2RBI on the day. Paulino go ahead R in B6!

Highlanders add another to the win column beating JFK 6-4. Paulino and Tyburczy both 2-4 with 2R and an RBI each. Wells and Schwarzlow with Sac Fly RBIs each. Kling gets first career W on mound going 4IP 0R 4K.

The boys answer yesterday’s loss in a BIG way defeating Wayne Valley 12-5. Timmins with the win on the mound going 4IP 2ER 4K. Scott 3 Ribbys, Martinez 2 doubles, Kling on base 3 times with 2 hits in his debut at short! Great day for the TEAM! #highlanders

MASSIVE win for the boys as they knock off Passaic Valley 5-3. Tyburczy gets the win going 6 strong with 7ks. Czerepak gets the big save to close it out. Paulino and Martinez with big RBIs to extend the lead early on!

4-0 week! Highlanders defeat HCA 11-1 to advance in the PCCA tournament. Tyburczy win on the mound and a 2 run 💣 in the first! Schwarzlow 2 Ribbys. Conklin 2 hits. #hometownpride

The boys advance to the Passaic County Semis with a win over Wayne Hills 5-4. Czerepak comes in and shoves 3 shut out to complete the save. A 2 run 3rd and 3 run 4th propelled us to the victory! Schwarzlow, Tyburczy, Wells, and Timmins with RBIs on the day!

BOOM! We are back on top of the Big North Independence Division after a 4-0 victory at Wayne Hills on a rainy afternoon. First division win since 2019! Burke goes 6.2 allowing just 3 hits and 5Ks. Grechniv comes in to shut the door!

Highlanders complete the come back after going down 5-1 late. Schwarzlow and Tyburczy 2 hits a piece. Lizza first career varsity hit. Czerepak went 3IP of 1 run ball. Wells massive 2 out bases clearing 3RBI double to take the lead. Thompson 2-inning save!!! 7-6 Final Score!

4-21 overall in ‘23 to 6-20 overall in ‘24 to 15-9 and league champs in ‘25! All due to this group of guys who have had each other’s backs for the last 3 seasons. Couldn’t be more proud of their turnaround! #hometownpride

The wrestling community lost a legend today. A life dedicated to the sport and wrestlers across NJ. So many impacted by his presence on the mat. Proud to have coached with and be coached by him. Rest in peace to Coach Craig Spencer. We love you!
