What an amazing day Year 2 had with @DCTTrips! Our class got to investigate what life was like on the canal and explored the incredible caverns. The gasps of awe and wonder were truly heart-warming and an incredible way to end the Summer term. We even saw bats! stmargaretsathasbury
What a fun-filled day we have had in London! We had a guided tour around the Place of Westminster, rode on the London Underground and visited the Natural History Museum. It’s safe to say it was an incredible experience and a first for many of our Year 6 pupils! stmargaretsathasbury

Year 5 are looking at what they’d need to set up their own civilisation. You can only choose 5. Which ones would you choose and why? 🤔 stmargaretsathasbury

Year 5 are continuing to be courageous advocates. ITV News Central , look out for a message from St. Margaret’s at Hasbury. We have something important we want to share with you and our wider community 💪🙌👍🏻stmargaretsathasbury
The time has come again where we are planning our next piece of writing. This time, we are planning our very own narrative poem inspired by ‘The Highwayman’ by Alfred Noyes. stmargaretsathasbury Jane Considine
My favourite part of our writing journey is when children edit their own independent written pieces. The buzz in class is incredible as Year 5 are VERY excited to publish and share their narrative poetry. stmargaretsathasbury Jane Considine A surprise awaits… watch this space ✍️ 🎭
