Thank you to Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for your meaningful and important workshop sharing Simon’s Story to educate our grade 3-5 students on the Holocaust and the important part of our history. Lots of connections to bullying, empathy, prejudice and stereotyping.

We had an awesome time at Variety Ontario participating in a barrier free track and field event. Students got to learn about adaptive sports, and even got to participate in wheel chair basketball. Great day overall. HPE TDSB

After a long day, a run was needed. Beautiful and hot run along Woodbine Beach.

Super proud of my grade 5 graduates! 🎓 Working in ISP-ASD, I have the privilege of teaching my students for multiple years. Bitter sweet moment!

Great game of Chuck The Chicken 🐔 (like ultimate frisbee, but with a chicken). Grade 5 students vs the teachers. Great game. Great sportsmanship and great spirit from all. In the end, the teachers won 5-3. What a great tradition for our graduating students.

And that’s a wrap of the 2023-2024 school year. Wishing all a safe, relaxing and meaningful summer break!

Starting summer break with a 30km run for my almost 30th birthday (on Tuesday, July 2nd). Supported by friends and family running along through the way. It was hard, but I couldn’t have done it with the support I had.

Today I completed by first sprint triathlon MultiSport Canada Water was choppy, but with a great mindset, I had a great race. It was a great morning racing on Toronto Island. 🏊🏼 🚴 🏃

And the classroom set up has officially started. Goodbye summer break, hello 2024-2025 school year!
