Like to know more about LAB's policy, before jumping on the nationalisation must be good bandwagon, but as a piece of political branding this is very clever.

Guardian should write 'could alienate some progressive voters' rather than 'could alienate ethnic minorities' when repeating this point in its reporting. Research does suggest white liberal strongly remain voters are now more averse than ethnic minorities theguardian.com/politics/2024/…

BBC Breakfast I have terminal cancer yet have been ruled fit for work. I receive no financial help. This is Sunak’s Britain. I paid full tax and NI for 40 years. People wake up to these corrupt Tory MPs who milk us for their own benefit.

While Tice can make these false claims on BBC Question Time, the BBC should not disseminate his factually inaccurate claim on its tweet as if it is true.

With the pressure increasing on NHS dental services & the sky high charges of private practices, this will become more common.

My dentist switched to the private sector & now has the the contempt & arrogance to charge 300%+ more for a check up & clean, when compared to 2020.

The number of people forced to flee from war in Sudan has now surpassed 8.5 million. An appalling number.
They're now internally displaced, sheltering in Sudan, or refugees abroad. 'Thousands are crossing borders daily as if the emergency had started yesterday,' says UNHCR.

Fascinating thread on the mayoral battle in the W Midlands.

Street comes across as a politician who's far more interested in seeking common ground instead of fighting culture wars. Despite not being a CON voter there is a little bit of me that would be sad to see him lose.
