Not how it works at all, worse... He claims Lev 27:3-7 "outlines Youth (5-20) and Adulthood (20-60)." But the Hebrew text uses NONE of his category words—no na'ar, no ne'urim, no 'ish, no 'ishah. Just "male" (zakar) and "female" (neqebah) with age-based shekel valuations.
