Recorded mostly in seclusion after John Lennon privately quit The Beatles, Paul described this album's theme as 'home, family, love'.

One track, 'Maybe I'm Amazed', was consistently praised.

This day in 1960, 21 year old singer Eddie Cochran was killed, when the taxi he was travelling in crashed into a lamppost on Rowden Hill, Chippenham,Wiltshire. Gene Vincent survived the crash. Cochran's US hit at the time was Three Steps to Heaven #EddieCochran #History 🥀
