The replies to this are why disabled people fear doctors. Night owls definitely exist. Reasonable accommodations literally allow us to thrive. Disabled doctors are the shit. Medicine is toxic as hell.

To highlight how prevalent this is, I saw this happen when I was in training. A resident with #epilepsy had tonic-clonic seizures exacerbated by sleep deprivation, but instead of accommodations, they failed to finish training. #MedEd
