👣 My step count has almost tripled since #Parkinsons ! but it’s mostly unintentional. Over the years my⌚️trackers have interpreted my parky wriggles as additional steps (reflecting my disease progression). That’s an additional 10k steps a day… begins to explain fatigue in PD 🤔
