"This coffee sucks."

There’s a bat of her eyelashes in there somewhere. Whereas some people were put off by Bean’s buckteeth, Mora found them adorable. And honestly? She was a frickin’ fish! “I think I’ll stick to coconut water.”

“Duh.” Mora laughed. “You have to bang them against a rock a few times, but there’s juice in them.” she pulled the starfish necklace from her gift bladder pocket on her fin. “Lost something?” she beamed. “I tried to find you, but it was too late.”

“Damn it, Rhonda. Put a clam in it already!”

"You ever shake a coconut and hear something in it?" Mora chuckled. "That's what it is." she pushed herself up by her palms, up onto the grotto's edge. "Well, there was a wicked storm." she frowned, wringing out her dark blue hair. "By the time I found it, you were gone."
