Is the a cure for minds unwell? Cause my heads a living hell.

I start having panic attacks more often even though my life is in a relatively stable condition now. I have a job that I like, loyal friends and perspective. But my mental health has never been worse.

And I probably should go to a therapist because what I’m doing right now is clearly not enough.

OR I should get another tattoo lol. Honestly don’t know which option are we choosing

But all jokes aside I DO need therapy. I just don’t know where to start.

I’m indecisive. How do I choose one? What am I gonna talk about? What if there’s something terribly wrong with me? Questions.

I was having an argument at work today with a colleague who makes 3x my salary and I thought “Damn, sometimes life is so unfair” Because I needed to explain to him the simplest things as if it wasn’t HIS FUCKING JOB to know this stuff.

But despite all the drama and difficulties that this job brings to my life I still like it better than my previous one. Because for the first time in a long period I feel like I do something that matters not only to me, but the other people are recognizing it too.

It feels like forever since my last message here.
