If you are not the one to bring wealth to your family, it may have to wait another 100 years for someone like you to come around again. You cannot take that chance!

2. Play to your strengths. If what you do is a companies weak point then you are an automatic asset. If companies want to do better they must make their weak points stronger. If you know this, you can negotiate for a higher salary that varies on importance of your role.

3. Be efficient If you are doing better than your peers and getting things done faster, sharper, and more efficiently, you are more valuable. it’s a team effort but the best player on the team is needed the most. Think of Lebron on the Lakers. The team does poor without him.

4. Know what you’re returning‼️ If you know how much money you’re bringing the company then you can have more control over how much you should make. Example: you make 100k but you individually bring the company 800k for your work. You could negotiate for a raise of 10-50k.

5. Be creative 💡 If you come up with new ideas and plans it could lead to company innovation. Since you were the creator of the idea that led to that innovation you should be compensated. This could be creating new products, business models, designs, etc.

In the end you should bet on yourself. You know you’re worth‼️ Don’t think you can’t negotiator your salary. If you didn’t know how to negotiate your salary now you do! I want you to make more money 💰 -Kos
