I've learned so much about owning an independent e-commerce store and am grateful for all of the support I've received over the past 10 years. Letting the Buddha Doodles gift shop go was a decision I didn't take lightly, but ultimately the wisest and healthiest way forward. 💛

It's been a wonderful journey producing the Buddha Doodles daily calendar for the past seven years. I've had to make the difficult decision not to produce one for 2024. I know that many of you have come to rely on the daily dose of positivity, and I'm sorry to disappoint 🙏💛

Had a really great day recording one of the lessons for my upcoming storytelling class. And also the dvds of my animation are en route from usa to me as we speak :) I have a lot of autographing and envelopes to stuff starting next week!

more good news, I've had 2 months of steady energy, so far no fatigue relapses. spent half of last year unable to work so this is pretty amazing feeling! I also quit coffee, upped my protein, do eft tapping, meditation, yoga, polyvagal theory nervous system exercises every day!

The DVDs of the Buddha Doodles animation just arrived and this song about not giving up by belle & sebastian played on Spotify as I opened the first copy, so fitting for this project! Grateful for my team & Kickstarter backers. Can’t wait to autograph and send these out💓La da dee!

Doodled while waiting for a flight in Paris, 2017. Resonates given I've been "pruning" things in my life, taking new risks in my career. Have consulted many a inner guides the last few weeks. Late nights anxious as I find the courage to let go. Allow change to flow. Being Brave.

As the leaves fall and the seasons change, I’m reminded of the beauty in letting go and embracing the flow of life. After my break, new ideas are slowly percolating, and I’m working on a new project that I’m excited to share soon! In the spirit of the season, I hope these

I am thinking of teaching my Mindful Doodling course this year - either in May or mid-June. Wondering if the latter would be better for something to do over the summer? Thoughts?
