I don’t give y’all much but We get a lot of questions about the “plan” 🧵 Well here.. In 2022 Alaysha ‘Lay’ Johnson OLY ran 10 60m H races. She ran 5 60m races (1 not on WA). (15 total). Emphasis last season was flat speed. We barely hurdled. It showed at times BUT gotta stay the course.
