When your friend launches a startup be their first paying customer.

Every startup founder thinks about quitting. Every startup founder doubts themselves. It’s perfectly normal. Because half the game is mental. If you need a break please rest. If you fall please get back up. Then keep going. Stay in the game. You’re just getting started.

Some advice for startup founders… 1. Playing the long game wins 2. Consistency wins 3. Doing less better wins 4. Speed of execution wins 5. Relentless focus wins Most importantly believing in yourself even when others don’t wins.

Your startup will never please everyone so pick a specific niche and own it.

This is what building a startup feels like.

Startups sound amazing but the reality is you’ll be working way more with far less pay with more stress for probably years.
