I have been making software professionally for 30 years, at companies of all sizes and growth trajectories. I have never once slept in the office. There is no reason to do this unless your data center is literal on fire. Please don't buy into hustle culture bullshit.

It’s incredibly rare to see a company willing hire bootcamp devs. UK mobile provider giffgaff is taking this a step further: offering to train motivated people via a bootcamp, and then hire some and invest in them. This approach is rare, as it’s a huge time investment.
