It's unbelievable how many dynamic companies broke their streaks of engineer-CEOs for the first time in the 2000s, installing their first MBA/finance CEOs, who then promptly made fundamental strategic errors that nixed the company's future, that are now becoming obvious.

While I’d still call Christopher Abbott the most under-appreciated Hollywood star, I believe Dan Stevens is ahead of his time. He gets his flowers already, but decades from now people are going to talk about the run he’s been on since 2014. He’s building a pantheon of cool roles.
