And suddenly, after the bills have passed, the revisor website is working again and we're able to read the text.

The MN Senate passed the Omnibus Tax Bill without debate and without making a copy available. The bill allegedly bans binary triggers.

The DFL leadership refused to recognize any GOP motions or allow debate on the bill.

The Omnibus Tax Bill w/ HF 2609, the Binary Trigger Ban, has passed the MN House - at least we think the trigger ban is in the bill - we can't actually read it because it's not available online.

They're now going to try and ramrod this through the Senate.
