Today, we're thankful for our friends at SAF, who consistently lead the fight nationwide to overturn unconstitutional gun control laws. We look forward to seeing their leaders next week at the annual Gun Rights Policy Conference in San Diego!

No, actually, you can't condition my exercise of 2nd Amendment rights on a waiver of 4th Amendment rights. The government can't force us to pick and choose between rights. Gun owners remain protected against unreasonable searches and seizures. Full stop. foxnews.com/politics/kamal…

This will be Round 2 of oral arguments at the 5th Circuit for this case. Our bottom line is the same as always: Bans on adults ages 18-20 are unconstitutional, ahistorical, and immoral. We will smack down the ATF’s pathetic arguments like last time.

There is ZERO reason why an adult aged 18-20 should not be permitted to exercise the same rights as any other adult. Our Reese v. ATF Federal Age-Based Handgun Ban Lawsuit aims to tear down this bullshit rule once and for all. Have a good night…💤

When you're calling to ban the AR-15 rifle platform, you're "taking guns away from hunters." Not that the Second Amendment is about hunting anyways.

🚨 FPC LEGAL UPDATE 🚨 The Eighth Circuit has issued its Mandate in our Worth v. Jacobson MN 18-20 Carry Ban Lawsuit. This formalizes our victory, and the ban is now officially dead. If it wishes to continue defending its tyranny, Minnesota must take its tears to SCOTUS.

California AG Rob Bonta's imaginary scenarios about public carry do not justify violating the rights of peaceable people. With our Carralero v. Bonta Lawsuit, we will destroy his immoral public carry bans, and he can continue to lie around and cry about it.

After consulting w/ Counsel tonight, we believe we'll have to wait out the SCOTUS appeal period (November) before the stay would be lifted and 18-20 year olds will be able to apply for permits. So we're still in the waiting game for a bit longer.

Public carry bans get people killed. When government coerces peaceable people to go unarmed, while violent offenders ignore the ban, it leaves them defenseless, desperate, & dependent. We fight these bans not just because they’re unconstitutional. But because they are immoral.
