The 3rd Minnesota GM Norm Tournament concluded today. Unfortunately no norm was achieved. IM Alex Ostrovskiy was in contention for a norm and had to win his last round. With mutual time pressure he lost. He won 3rd with 5.5 pts. GM Andrew Tang and GM Mitkov tied for 1st (6.5 pts)
