Court was in session in Grade 8 today! Following our reading of The Outsiders, we took Ponyboy and Sodapop to court to determine whether the boys should get to stay with their brother or not. In Religion class we’ve been spending a lot of time learning about moral living through scripture, the church, and the decisions we make. Students created guidebooks to demonstrate their learning, and they turned out fantastic! Sir Arthur Carty

Today we went mining for chocolate chips to examine the impacts mining has on our environment🍪

We played fraction card games today to reinforce our understanding of equivalent fractions before moving in to working with operations!
