Ontario has moved to phone/web appointments for #COVID19 testing. The people I care for experience homelessness. They lack access to phones & computers. When they get sick, how will they get an appointment? Why do I even have to ask? Systemic discrimination fuels inequities.

Not everyone dresses up for Halloween. It’s a personal choice. For years, I have listened to folx equate not dressing up as “lacking school spirit” or “not taking one for the kids.” It’s gaslighting. Disrespectful. Language is everything. Do better. For kids, for colleagues.

Students are struggling. The learning curve is huge. Many feel isolated. Support shouldn't be solely focused on referring them to mental health resources. Support should include modifying program workload in a way that accommodates for pandemic-related struggles. #Mentalhealth
