Observations from AI founders event... - Radical change is underway for SDLC - Focus on what’s easy (reviews, tests) to learn - Architecture is accelerating (compound ai systems) - Early stage companies not rearchitecting for AI now are toast

Observations on AI for devs - Fxns (dev/ops/PM) blur and disappear fast - Decision-making & planning are the focus - Ability to set outcomes is more important than ever - Devs see what is possible to build in new and exciting ways - Trust and verify remains - we are still grumpy

More observations… - Collaborative AI-driven software development is unaddressed - Creative and iterative process evolves (and likely remains) - Devs are conductors within the evolving AI arch - People == developers (happening faster than we can process)
