Our Viola Desmond Public School 6s used knowledge building to examine the ways in which humans impact our ecosystem. Ss came up with so many 'wonders' that we will be exploring in the weeks to come! #thisisuswhatisourimpact

Our grade 6s had a wonderful time at Mountsberg. We explored birds of prey, a variety of invasive plant species, and their favorite part was feeding the birds! A great way to end off our Biodiversity unit Viola Desmond Public School

Our class read aloud, 'Le Collectionneur de Mots', is a wonderful book about the power and impact of words. The last page (see pic) translates to: With your own words, tell the world who you are and how you will make it better. Next up, we create our own word wall! Viola Desmond Public School
