A1 I think Harwayne adds to the conversation the concept of rigorous comfort zones when it comes to writing workshops and how to balance that time to be casual and comfortable but not too comfortable that no work gets done.

Let’s stop shaming teen girls for the things that they love. Let them enjoy their books and their bands and their fall-flavored drinks. Grant them the space to discover who they are without fear of being made fun of.

Students come back in the building tomorrow and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't anxious. Anyone else feeling that way or have good tips on hybrid learning within 40 minutes of live instruction and 40 minutes asynchronous?
