We don’t work for the feedback but when we have such reviews, it reflects our hard work and ambitions to support the industry in the way that our clients need: timely turn around, consistent and accurate reports, screening and chronologies that really help.

What are clinical summaries? Once a chronology is produced, we review the records to direct you to potential issues in the case along with RCOG, NICE or similar guidance in place at the time. Any conflicts in evidence and any issues relating to liability &/or quantum.

The Supreme Court judgment was on the law as it stands today. I hope it will be tested further with more clinical negligence secondary victim claims. However, another option is to legislate to correct this terrible injustice. Alex Chalk KC - that's your job.

Really fascinating panel discussion about the issue of consent in maternity services. What’s clear is that there needs to be a balance between ensuring women are listened to / are heard & clear unequivocal information to make a fully informed decision. #APILCN24 MDS | Moosa-Duke Solicitors
