Emotionally dysregulated health professionals can’t heal their patients. This is not a dig. This is a PSA: the workforce has experienced extensive trauma. Wellbeing? Prioritise creating an emotionally regulated workforce. You will see it translated as collective healing.

We must do this together. We have no choice but to do this together.

I live in a country where my elders are murdered at grocery stores, children murdered at school, infectious diseases run rampant & leaders joke about not accurately counting cases, police use force discrimantly, & forced birth is a thing. Can I opt out of American exceptionalism?
