Think SEPTA is saved? Think again.

The problem isn't paying for the passes, it's paying to upend SEPTA to suit Josh Harris, which will cost $25M/year. The developers were crystal clear: They're not paying for it, WE are through higher fares and slashed service. Throwing free passes for a season won’t fix that.
