In the game of Authority and builder, flat owner are ultimately suffering. After paying whole amount,still don’t know when their flat will get registered. No initiative from Govt is giving undue advantage to corrupt practices .

Unable to understand liquor ban in Bihar if it’s easily available everywhere, people are dying after consuming poisonous alcohol and it’s doing more damage . Govt should either withdraw the ban and implement it in true spirit to save more lives .
