Tried to contact Charles Schwab Corp 3 times today, on hold for 15, 45, and 30 mins. Absolutely no help or answer. I'm a brand new customer and my accounts aren't set up. No one is available to assist me. This has been a COMPLETE disaster. What an awful way to start a relationship.
